Where can I buy your products?Just search "Kai'n Friends" on Amazon and our products will pop out! Currently the products are only available on Amazon.de. But shortly they will be available in other EU markets. Keep in tune!

What is your return policy?We do 30-day refund with no reason asked. Just send us an email at: service@limeace.com and let us know your order number. Your satisfaction is always our priority :) Our customer service will get back to you in 3 working days (10am-5pm Monday to Friday).
